A northerly aspect has been chosen for the layout, allowing the fabulous sea views to be enjoyed year round without direct harsh sunlight during summer. Heat and sound are controlled through clever use of double glazing. The entrance is a large greeting area and a perfect introduction to the superb interior. The solid oak flooring of the living area is themed to the open plan kitchen, a showpiece featuring granite tops and a glorious splash of colour in the graphic glass splashbacks.
Foothold provided high quality services at all stages of our building project. We were particularly impressed with its open style of communication, and for the various positive suggestions offered during the actual construction period that improved the final product. We were also impressed with Foothold's budgeting and reporting system -- very clear and detailed leaving no doubts about what each progress payment was for and when it was due.
