A northerly aspect has been chosen for the layout, allowing the fabulous sea views to be enjoyed year round without direct harsh sunlight during summer. Heat and sound are controlled through clever use of double glazing.

The entrance is a large greeting area and a perfect introduction to the superb interior.

The solid oak flooring of the living area is themed to the open plan kitchen, a showpiece featuring granite tops and a glorious splash of colour in the graphic glass splashbacks.
